I'm confused that everyone loves him so much, his voice grates on me a bit and though he can hold a tune he's nothing special. I think if he'd appeared on any of the other semi-finals he would've had a much harder time getting through.

Completely agree, he just sounds like a Paolo Nutini impersonater to me, and not a great one at that. I don't get it!

I know what you mean. His voice is just like an annoying buzz that just doesn't go away. Seriously overrated.

I completley agree and I was just about to start a thread on the very same subject! He is alright but he sounds way to much like James Morrison tribute act which would be alright if he was doing Stars in Their Eyes, but this is Britain\'s Got Talent.

I am also a bit bothered about him being in the final. He is Scottish and I am badly worried we will have a rerun of The X Factor last year which was ruined by Scots voting for Leon when Rhydian was clearly miles better.

If Andrew beats Faryl or George it would be such a travesty.

He's distinctively average. Simon wouldn't have raved about him if he auditioned for the X Factor.

When will you Rhydian fans accept that plenty of non Scots voted for Leon? Rhydian is not the messiah - he's just another singer that didn't get enough votes to win

Would have much preferred a novelty act like Tracy Lee to go through for a bit of a larf.

He should be on X-factor rather than this show tbh.

Woah hold on! There is no need to be rude! I am just making a point. and I am not a fan of Rhydian either!

Funny how you don\'t hear much of Leon these days though isn\'t it?

I'm not a Leon fan, but he's recording his album atm so time will tell if he will be successful or not.

The reason why I say this is because I am a Leona fan and it was quite annoying when people kept saying this about her last year. Obviously, it was worth the wait.

He seems like a nice lad and he sings okay, but I agree he's nothing special.

I thought he sang very well and deserves his place in the final.
He is nearly as good as Leon Jackson.

Yes but Leona was obviousley supertalented and had a sensational voice.

I didn't mean to be rude, just sick and tired of hearing about how Rhydian was robbed. Why can't people let it go? Not everyone likes classical music.

I wondered how long it would take for someone to mention Andrew and the scottish vote

Leon won the X factor fair and square its been nearly 6 months-get over it!

Now back on topic- I think Andrew is very overrated, hes auditioned for X factor and didnt get through-thats not to say hes not able to sing but I think if he did get through he wouldnt last long whereas on BGT theres more variety and the fact hes more karaoke than anything else is a bit overlooked.

I think he can do well. He has a good voice and he has a nice look too

BUT he is not better than a lot of people talent wise and this is about talent and in this case, this singer is blown away by other singers and other talented people, even Jeremy Lynch.

I like him and he has a genre, a niche market but not that great.

I really liked him - he's not my favourite (nobody can beat the wonderful Gin!!!!) and I don't think he'll win, but I think he deserves his place in the final
