Speaking of the BFI, did anyone else make it to BFI Southbank last night? They showed episodes 2 & 4 of The Moonbase - classic cybermen on the big screen! This was followed by an episode of a 1970s sci fi soap opera called Moonbase 3, which brought together the talents of many, many Doctor Who personnel - both in front of and behind the camera (e.g. Terrance Dicks and Barry Letts - AND Peter Miles and Michael Wisher!).

Ooooooooooooooh, I'd have loved that! Listened to/watched Moonbase recently, and it's really excellent. Mrs Chuff has just been listening to the audio book, courtesy of a competition in DWM, and thoroughly enjoyed it and Anneke Wills's range of preposterous accents.
I have Moonbase 3 on video, bought in a charity shop last year. Not seen it yet, but will get round to it one day.
What a treat to see all of that on the big screen!
