LOL ! Thanks for this Alrightmate. First I've heard of it, absolutely delicious. ”

I've just had a look, and yes, it was by this Calsam person that people keep mentioning.
(I also noticed, that he also went to the trouble of editing the spelling of "education" in his accidental posts that were a result of the big hash he made of editing.)

Here it is Eejay,.....enjoy.

Learn to spell with Calsam....His finest work,..I feel.

You have to read this Calsam guys posts. He was a legend (and not in a good way). His head was lodged so far up his own backside, his shoes were about the only bit of him left visable.

Best thing was, he rambled on about his education, career, IQ etc but, when everyone pulled him up, the best response he could come up with was 'you're all boring little shits'.
See his education didnt go to waste

But I'm with you. I know my posts arent always gramatically correct. I write exactly how I speak. (In fact a friend of yours who has met me used to say you could actually hear me speaking when you read what I write).
As long as people can understand what you're trying to say, who cares about grammar, spelling etc.

Ah so true. But look at it this way, your grammar and spelling on said nights may suffer, but the alcohol sharpens your wit. So it's not ALL bad.

And Mes, tell Eejay to stop stalking me all over the FA boards! I never know where he's going to pounce next.

He'll listen to you

ps On Topic, I lost interest in posting on BB once I saw the forum flooded with idiotic posts. Jon's departure nearly made me give up watching altogether.
But a huge thanks to Pedantic, swing and all the others who are making my sides split with The BB Story. It's wonderful, and one thread I make a point of reading. Keep up the good work.

OK. Sorry to gripe, but I've seen several comments like that in the past few days.

I only joined a couple of months ago and that sort of remark doesn't exactly make me feel welcome. I'm sure other newbies feel the same.

Sorry Edna, please dont take it personally. There are loads of people who joined up for BB4 whose posts have and are still entertaining and witty- your good self included. I was thinking more along the endless "you cant be my friend if you're supporting so and so."

Besides, most of those people have left, as they are only here while the show is on. Where would we be without Mac Attack, ben, mattb and loads of others. The Haiku thread has delivered some gems, Khayman and Pollyanna spring to mind ( and I'm leaving loads of others out)

So please accept my apologies if it came over as unfriendly, I look forward to getting to know you better during the 'close' season. I prefer the BB board then!

I'll be honest Edna and say I find ds is a very cliquey place. I've never been in any other forums etc so dont know if its always the case. I originally back in October last year and dont think I was made to feel at all welcome.
I've now got to know people but 99% of those are people who joined after me and I went out my way to make them feel at home as I didnt want anyone else to feel frozen out like I did.

I'm just waiting for the moment that someone replies to a well framed argument with ...'I'm gonna set my dad on you .. my dad's bigger than your dad'..... ”

...ahem! I was forgotten in this list...

Oh, and because of this:- ...'I'm gonna set my dad on you .. my dad's bigger than your dad'...

Sorry - I go into grump mode once a year or so. I think I'm just a bit paranoid since I'm not a big telly watcher apart from BB so I'm not making a contribution to other parts of the site.

New Woman - if we're spared to post during next year's BB, we'll form a welcoming committee and go round with fruit baskets
