Seriously; I think Faryl has a good voice; but I wouldn't put on par with professional singers in her field - I think she is more a case of potential to become something; not that she is something already. If that makes sense?

But if we line up our finalists:

Signature:
I personally like Signature because they are different. I know MJ dancing isn't original but there is something about there act that is attractive; something watchable about it.

Kate & Jin:
I appreciate Kate and Jin; she is obviously very skilled to teach that dog those tricks; but I don't see her as a winner - I don't know why, I just don't.

Cheeky Monkeys:
They are cute, but the fact they have only been dancing for 9 months really shows. Much of their semi-final performance was unskilled but accepted due to the cute-factor.

Not winners - or shouldn't be.

Andrew:
Good singer; not exceptional but still good. It wouldn't be embarassing if he won but I don't think he would be the best winner.

Strike:
Now these guys would be worthy winners; they are so fit (I mean that in health terms) and it shows. They have taken a form of sport and made it entertainment - and they have done a good job of it. It's different, well produced and works. Worthy winners.

George:
I think he did a good job of his semi-final performance; I know a lot of it was production values but I enjoyed it. I'd like to see what he can do without all the bells and whistles though.

Faryl:
Another very good singer, of the two classical singers, in fact out of the singers we have so far I think she is the better choice if we have a singing winner. While I think it is untrue to say she is amazing now, I think given the right guidance, training and practice she could become amazing.

I guess, she has the most potential to become something big.

Andrew:
He can sing well but I'm not mad on his voice so I am not for him to win. BUT that could well just be my personal opinion.

Of tonights performances;

if Scala (Escala) can do a performance that shows them to be up to or close to their main commercial competitors standards; I could really go for them (I'm not going to get into it again; people from other threads know my opinion).

If they can do something like Explosive as good as their main competitor in the final - a clear winner in my eyes, if not then I see them as the lesser of two great creatives.

That is unless they go down a totally different route to their audition.

The other I would say; Nemesis - as Flavor didn't get through. I like that style of dancing, its good to watch.

Per Diem/Madonna:
Sadly I won't want them through; not because they aren't good but because of saturation. I think Scala/Escala and Nemesis would make a better, more varied final. If either of these two acts or worse; both of them; we have X-Factor with a couple of non-singers thrown in for good measure (well sort of).”

Hey I agree with just about every single opinion you have there.
Really I do.

Nemesis I agree I'd like to see go through because I think that along with Strike they'd add a balance to the final which has a dynamic edge to it. Which is good for viewing a long TV show and injects dynamic energy at points where it may start to drag.

Strike I'd like to win.

Maybe George would be good as a second option depending on what he does on the night. Less of the smoke and mirrors distractions and more focus on him doing a tight performance and keeping it under control.

Not keen on a singer winning really.
Too many children too which means be prepared for lots of shmaltz and sentimentality and Amanda doing the old crying routine (But pretending to be sorry by saying "Sorry". That old chestnut which most of the fakers on TV shows like to fall back on).

You've convinced me.

I'm sick of all these acts being 'groomed' for the final with a potential record deal.

I'd be really happy if just Kate and her dog won to really throw the cat amongst the pigeons. Would love to Simon's face as well.

Why not?
I'm not even bothered about how talented or not her act is. To see her win over all these front runners and hot favourites would be a highlight for me.
I would find it both hilarious and be happy for Kate at the same time.
Forget about the dog, it's a dog FFS it doesn't know what it's doing there, give it a tasty morsel of a treat and it'd be happy, I'd be more happy for Kate herself and would love her to win.
I'd just love that to happen so it turns over all expectations and wipes the smugness off the faces of these 'expert' judges who think they're the bees knees when it comes to identifying what's good and what isn't.

It would be nice; but I don't see it. Heck I'd like to see Signature win; BUT it will be Andrew or Faryl because they are more "votable" for want of a better word.

Paul Potts was amazing, I recall seeing him thinking, oh here's another mediocre singer and hearing that voice, I went cold, hairs stood on end where I have none! But that was then, we cant do it again this year please!
