I think it is a close call between Escala and Faryl.

The only thing I will say is that Faryl's singing style is very similar to last years winner (i.e. Opratic), so perhaps people will vote for something a bit different this year.

Becuse Scala is alreadyed a copy righted name. it why a lot of actors have to change there names

Well as Scala had a website and have performed using the name for over 2 years you tell me why the changed their name, or why they are the only act to get a standing ovation from the judges, all of them. Anyone looked how much do you think that kit cost them, the instuments I mean! and then look at an older video on youtube, professionally done, these are not raw talent they were ASKED to enter! anyone smelling the rats now! And the kit was in the old video so not short of a few bob are they. Sorry I liked them until I heard all this, and then thought oH my another sham.

I would like Signature, Nemisis or George to win, something totally different, maybe as well something Simon cannot sell so much after the show to make himself more millions.

Failing the above three it would have to be Strike at least these people come on with just their bodies to do their acts, no coaching from SC like Faryl got from SC, how rude is that to the others! Or asked to enter like Escala.. give me the good type of act, raw, new and worked hard for it. Which all the acts I like have to. I know it can be argued so have Escala, well sorry they got a leg up, I want to see someone who just entered on their own back. And Nemisis are inspirational to todays youth for me, great act.

I couldn't understand how the contestant from 'X Factor 4', Andy Williams got away using that name and was not made to use a different name. As obviously there's already an Andy Williams in the music business.

Maybe Andy Williams is his real name? There can be no copyright on ones own name. There's 2 Robbie Williams, for example. Perhaps as Scala/Escala is a name invented for an act, it is different?
