Ohmygosh, I have such trouble with favourite performances!

Best:
Ashley - Black Velvet /Big Spender (don't slaughter me!)
Francesca - What's Love Got To Do With It? (Ignore the blusher!)
Jodie - I Have Nothing/Send In The Clowns/ Out Here On My Own
Sarah - Take Another Little Piece Of My Heart/Midnight Train To Georgia/Ironic
Jessie - Why Do Fools Fall In Love/How Do I Live?
Niamh - Wind Beneath My Wings/Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (with The Olivers)/I Got The Music In Me
Tara - Let's Hear It For The Boy (don't ask!)
Groups - I'm Gonna Wash That Man Right Outta My Hair/Good Morning Baltimore/Pick A Pocket/Oom Pah Pah/Older Nancy Trio/Things Ain't What They Used To Be
Sing Offs: Niamh/Rachel - Another Suitcase, Another Hall.

I think it's perhaps time for me to stop there. But Ashley's Black Velvet was my absolute favourite, I think.

Worst:
Tara - Suddenly I See
Sam - Hurt (but I didn't really like her until she sang "Defying Gravity")
Keisha - Get The Party Started

I think we'd best stop there

Best:

Rachel/Sarah
- As If We Never Said Goodbye (outstanding performance of the series for me)

Rachel - Cabaret
Rachel (and not Niamh) - Another Suitcase In Another Hall
Jessie - The Man Who Got Away
Sarah - The Midnight Train To Georgia
Jodie/Ashley/Rachel - Man, I Feel Like A Woman
Keisha - As Long As He Needs Me
Rachel - As Long As He Needs Me
Jodie - Nine To Five
(maybe not the best, but it was fun Jodie, and I enjoyed it)

Worst:

Niamh - Moon River
Niamh - Valerie
Niamh - True Colours
Sarah - Ironic
Sam - Hurt
Jessie - Fighter
Rachel - I'm With You
Several early efforts from Ashley & Fran & Keisha
Niamh - As Long As He Needs Me

It is when she'd been singing in tune up to then, and her bad performance on Hurt was specifically down to hideous over-emoting in response to his criticism over her supposed lack of emotion.

She can sing in tune and showed it on every song bar that one. And for me she shows emotion well enough; she doesn't overdo it (again, except that week when John had been working with her).

I've got to add Jessie's ALAHNM to this thread - she won me over with that tonight.
