It doesn't really matter if they were forced to sing that song or not, if they were great singers, they would have nailed it regardless. It's your once chance to shine, a great singer would sing the alphabet and make it sound like the greatest song ever if that's their big break. At the end of the day, the taller one's voice didn't cut it, and that's the bottom line, regardless of song, publicity etc. They had their chance and they croaked. End of. Then they made it worse by acting like poor losers.

They seem like nice lads. I think they could have taken the criticism more constructively because their performance was a bit poor, but maybe the pressure and emotion just got to them a bit.
I did feel sorry for them though.

They rehearsed and then were given song change at the last minute.. Like Andrew Muir they were stitched up royally imo. Like him they probably wouldnt have won anyways but still a hatchet job

I had a feeling it had been changed they were due to sing a simon and garfunkel song according to ITV2... looks like this show messed up a lot then! as George never even got the music for his act tonight hence he had to do a repeat of Wednesday not that it mattered as he won!

It's really difficult to nail anything without decent rehearsal time and if they were slated to sing another song and at the last minute it was changed, then this would impact significantly on their chances to progress.

I think you could tell by Ablanda's expression that she was taking good direction when she pressed that buzzer.
