Swap years with months.

Anyway, that only means he has to pause his singing career, it won't end when his voice breaks, most kids in that situation return to singing when their voice has broken.

But they can't really go on the X-factor which is precisely the point.

There is nowhere for classical singers to show this kind of talent. YMoTY is for hot house products normally, the kind of ones who don't leave their piano for more than 30 mins per day.

Rhydian was an opera singer, and he was the runner-up of the show. If Andrew J or Faryl went to the X Factor auditions and sang, are you trying to say that Simon and the crew wouldn't have put them through? It's all about the voice.
