Looks fairly expensive

landline calls a penny, 0870 are a whopping 11p mobiles fairly expensive and you can't use any of these without paying a fiver.

I'd just use orbtalk or vike or sipdiscount.

...or Sipgate or VoIPCheap.com, VoIPStunt or one of the other Betamax VoIP services.
