Yes, there's two parts, one at 18:50 and the other at 21:30. Beyond that, I don't know much more, like whether or not they eliminate some acts halfway through and have a second stage of voting.

They should announce the top 3 and then open the lines for an extra 10 mins or so IMO. Makes it more fair.

They hopefully will either announce the three acts who received the most votes OR they could eliminate seven acts until there's three left. A bit harsh, but at least there's no hints as to who was currently in the lead. Then they could re-open the three phone lines for the three contestants and give a final reminder. A brief chat to each contestant and the judges before closing the lines for the final time and announcing the winner.
