Does the final 3 indicate a lot of female voters?

Be careful not to generalise - I'm middle class and know my classical music but didn't vote for Escala - I just didn't think they were very good tonight! (I voted for George, Signature and Faryl as I couldn't decide who I liked best).

I honestly think with something like BGT, there's a lot of viewers who may not otherwise watch reality shows, so there's somewhat unusual viewer demographics.

I dont think Farryl's song did her any favours really, even though the judges never said anything about it unlike young Charlie the other day. Would buy the track AJ did tomorrow but wouldnt bother with Farryl's song at all.

Clearly my point in question doesn't pertain to everyone although I am talking in terms of the majority and you have underlined the point in that you made a single vote for 3 of the contenders and not 20 calls for a person you took a liking too, which you must be able to see is bordering on the obsessive and that is what destroys the voting process.

Faryl's song was technically a very difficult song to sing and proved her skills to the trained ear.

I'm a girl and I voted for Kate and Gin. I wouldn't vote for Faryl because though she is very good, I didn't personally like her voice and Escala were not that great in my opinion.

I would rather stick pins in my eyes and boiling oil in my ears than vote for Andrew J or Signature.

Maybe Farrell's song was difficult as u say but although it may have been technically great it lacked a bit for me in the entertainment stakes, reckon it would have been right up Charles' street though, he would have loved her or Escala I reckon

You go. Your second paragraph made my heart sing.

Although I like the anomaly that is Andrew. He may the key to our future.

You'd probably think George would attract alot of the young female type of vote in retrospect, certainly more so than many of the other acts, also he seems to look like someone with a bit of street cred whereas someone like AJ certainly wouldnt have that, just trying to picture him spinning around under a shower and keep imagining that vision of Elvis in the Eminem video lol, dunno if you know what I mean.

Yes as always, the female vote wins again

Last year there was far less competition. This year there wer about 5 very good acts. I suspect because it was close the votes got split and it let an outsider in
