Just had Sky+ installed upstairs so now have multiroom. Having trouble programming the remote to this TV.

I've tried all the Bush codes but with no success:

0157,1287
and
246, 263, 377, 037, 064, 065, 310, 300, 383, 399, 391, 402, 339, 547, 292, 239,389

none work

Has anyone got the Sky+ remote code for this set?

btw its a brand new Sky+ installation, with an Amstrad PVR3, and it has the newer style remote with the "bluer" tv guide/box office etc buttons, and the remote itself is much lighter in weight than my Sky+ installation downstairs.

thanks

Try 0806, 1336 or 1177. I have taken these from Sky's interactive service and are the codes for similar Bush LCD TVs. Your exact model isn't mentioned.

ive got a bush lcd tv and couldnt find a code anywhere but using the Matsui one did as they make some of the Bush branded Tvs.

Only got my remote to work yesterday after finding this out.

Try 0477 using the following way.

To program using the 4 digit code

1) Switch on the TV set

2) Press the TV button on the Sky Remote

3) Hold down the select and red buttons for 2-3 seconds until the LED blinks twice

4) Press the TV button on the Sky Remote again

5) Enter the 4 digit code for your make of TV

6) The LED should blink twice, if not recheck the 4 digit code used and go back to 1

7) Press the standby button on the Sky Remote (The TV should go to standby)

8) Press select to store this setting

If the TV does not go into standby press the TV button then the standby button, then TV then standby, keep repeating this until successful. This will scan the codes used for a particular make of TV.

Then the important bit , if you have a Rev8 remote is......

If the TV does not go into standby then

Press the TV button
then
the standby button,
then TV button
then standby button

You must keep repeating this sequence until successful. This will scan the stored codes used for a particular make of TV

If it finds a code that turns the Tv off , press select to store the code

If it doesn't find a code using this method then its a lost cause for now
