Who did you vote for tonight?
Did you vote? I voted for Samantha about ten times and Jessie twice - didn't seem to work though.
Jessie completely won me over with her ALAHNM, to think I wasn't a fan before that! What about you?

I voted 5 times for Jodie becuse she wasn't an 18 child who couldn't speak with an London accent, couldn't act for sh**, and thought that passion meant SHOUTING.
ie: Jodie was the only choice. (and the only one I'd go and see...) |

I voted for Jodie ten times lol, and I'm delighted for her that she won, and I've no doubt she'll do a good job.
I do though feel slightly guilty about Jessie, because by the final notes of the final song, she'd won me over. |

I voted for Jodie, but have erased from my memory the number of times I hit that redial button. Ah well, the phone bill will remind me, alas.
I thought Jessie was spectacularly good in the final, but I nailed my colours to Jodie's mast very early on in the competition and have no doubt she'll be a formidable Nancy. She was consistently good throughout the series and often great. For me, Jessie only impressed me once (with 'The Man That Got Away') until this final, where a lovely version of 'Killing Me Softly' and a cute duet with Gwion really showed her abilities. Tbh, I usually struggled to understand the Jessie-love, but when she's good, she's very, very good. I am sure she will go on to bigger and better things. Ooh, I think they call that a win/win situation! |

jodie
Jessie isn't ready whatever CM says he is going to do with her that isn't enough if I am BEng asked to spend my money today voting for her. ALW has constantly said its not a singing competition and AFAICS that is all that jessie offered. Raw means untrained talent that needs reigning in or nurturing - jessie did not have a raw talent at accent or a raw talent in movement - in fact she copped out sitting down. |

Jodie
But I would have been pelased with either result.....a fantastic pair of talented girls equally worthy of success...both of whom will achieve it! |

Jodie, was a fan since the very first audition when she turned up on a date, she has a great personality and a great voice and so pleased she won.

I voted for Jessie once in each show.
![]() I finally saw what Cameron and ALW had seen in Jessie. Alas it was far too late for the rest of the GBP, and imho personality won over performance last night. Not a knock on Jodie as she has been consistent throughout the series, but last night Jessie was quite simply in a different league.

Five times for Jodie - I preferred her rendition of ALAHNM and thought she had a much better understanding of the emotion involved. That's what I'd rather see in the theatre.
