Phone Vote Controls. Does that mean we will now get the winner we want on Reality TV?

Don't know about other FM but there have been several occasions in the past where the majority of the forum have been behind someone to win and they have just been edged out in the final phone vote. Before we have put it down to editing or the tweeny vote but I am beginning to wonder if now there are stricter controls that is less likely to happen.

What do you think?

Interesting points you raise and I'm interested to see what others thing.

I don't think this is the case, but I have to admit that I am suprised that for once the GB public seem to have voted in the way I wanted them to

In these programmes it is open to the public to vote, hence the GB public decided. Makes no difference how many of the public vote and what the opinions of those who don't vote are (I didn't vote btw), it is open to all the public to make the decision and if one doesn't vote (like in elections) then you have no one to blame but yourself if the one you want to 'win' doesn't

yes if the voting is kept to an impartial third party...make it seem more honest........if the rumours are going around that Cam tried to strong arm people into fixing the vote.....it does him no favours......

I think the OP may be right that stricter controls will mean the person the public give the most votes to may actually win. I think ALW and CM have to face up to people power.
