Yeah, I suppose it could be that. I assumed she knew him with his 'David Tennant' face because - as I've said above - she only commented on his eyes looking older, but then Sarah Jane recognised him, or did she see the Tardis before it clicked? I can't remember.
Sarah Jane saw the TARDIS and then the Doctor said "Hello Sarah Jane". She had no idea it was him when they first met. |

Actually they would be very handy.
Firstly they would know exactly where to look for buried ruins, having been there when they weren't buried or in fact ruins. And if they uncovered anything they didn't recognise they could pop back and have a look at it being used, then come forward again and say "Aha, this object was in fact used for removing the stones from the middle of avocados".

Didnt she say "well judging by your face.." (when she was trying to judge what part of his timeline he was from) meaning she has known him over two or more regenerations. Eh?

Oh and "time traveling archeologist" = Vash from Star Trek TNG and DS9.
Are we supposed to believe this is a mere coincidence?

Doctor Who "Silence in the Library"
Hello Whobees
I dont normally post in this thread/subforum so sorry for the intrusion, just wanted to say that I thought this ep of Who has been the best of this series yet, in my opinion! I'm a Who fan of old (Baker/Davidson) and while i can see that the "new" Who is action packed and great saturday eve telly for kids I really do prefer this kind of approach to an episode where there is a real creeping menace to it and its not so much about the big explosions and dashing about. I love the "base under seige" type format and the part where Donna was trying to cope with the data ghosting was really moving. Great acting from all, I reckon. The Vashta Nerada reminded me of the creatures from an earlyish ep of Xfiles where M&S were in a cabin in the woods and under threat from microscopic beasties that come out in the dark and consume people ![]() anyway, i'll bugger off back to the Ashes to Ashes threads now KoB xxx Count the shadows!!! ![]()

(speaking only as a casual viewer)
Could she be the Doctor himself, a future re-incarnation? |

Nah. Unlikely, however not entirely impossible. I'm still actually kind of putting money down on romana.

Alrightmate, penguin7 and scaramoush have posted some strong guesses as to who she could be. Check it out on the last page of the Who Is SHe? thread
