actually there was, jessie's weakness was her accent not her acting, in that same mission we were told jessie could act, and for the BH one too. We could see the improvement in her accent in her performance of ALAHNM

You could be right Casper. I've been very cynical about the manipulation throughout the series and therefore it wouldn't surprise me in the least if the reverse psychology theory was true. Let's face it they're both "strange" people ALW and CM. Maybe this is their idea of power, pity about the girls they've been using though.

There is no piont in arguing with Casper. They have made their minds up already.
I thought she was far better at putting emotion into her songs than any of the others.

And I think he is completely right about her needing some training- she did have certain flaws that can't be denied. Just think how bloody brilliant she could be after it!

I started this post i think she was excellent in that performance so all those negatives comments are not changing my opinion. She belted out that song with as much emotion as Jodie did and CM seen it and shouted Bravo. i would imagine he would have a fair idea what makes a brilliant performance and that was one. I'm not too worried about Jessie she has CM and ALW support and that says something. she is a winner.

The manipulation in the series has been very clear to see, but to me they wanted the safe pair of hands Jodie....you just dont show your "favourite" at her worst....strange thing to do..........reversed psychology is very easily done and you dont realise you have been guided to exactly what they wanted. Think on it........was there any way they could have got more people to vote for Jodie but to have picked on her they way the did..........

Heard it from one of the audience members who was there last night!! and... didnt know this but the 3 finalists aren't able to understudy Jodie... so whoever else understudies her (i.e Rachel)... will infact have a bigger role to play than Jodie

Bit disappointed that the final three can't have a chance at nancy eventually, really wanted to see Jessie as nancy at some point I would think ALW has got something else in line for sam to really show off the top end of her voice.

But surely you'd want Jessie/Sam now to get a role of her own ... and support her in that - and let Jodie get on with being Nancy (and I hope they let her do all 8 performances).

Heard that Jessies dad told JB to piss off!! As JB supported Jodie and had been awful to Jessie.

I know Sam will have lots of offers as she is fantastic! Jessie will also have had lots of offers and probably will play Nancy at some point... just can't be understudying Jodie.
