I have written numerous positive posts about Jessie last night but to be honest I can't stomach the vitriol of some people.

I'm glad for her that she won but heartbroken for Jessie. I'd really taken to her, as I think many others had and there is no denying she played a blinder last night.
Jodie is a deserving winner and will be a good Nancy, I'd just rather have seen Jessie.

Also, winning TWO tv show contests - :-o who can say they've done that?!

I was a Jodie fan at the start but then i saw Jessie i was just amazed (being slightly bit patriotic) at how brillant she was. I have no problem with Jodie winning as it was pretty obvious i just hope they have the right actor for Bill Sykes to play opposite her. So Congratulations to Jodie no hard feeling from me.

i just watched back the whole show finally and one thing i loved... when jodie got through (as before) she would hug her family first before anyone else, jessie didn't but that's fine, it just shows that jodie is such a family person and knows her family have supported her. i didn't see this breakdown of jessie though that evreyone else saw.

my JB I wanted to slap "we are looking for a nancy now, not in 6 months" whatever john, you used to have to be cast as well, these people know of what they speak, but still alw said it best when he said "the people's nancy" won..

I'm not, I've been fair to both of them and stood up for both of them. It's natural to feel affinity to one or the other and both come across as absolutely sweethearts.

I never said she was rubbish, think she's a fab singer and could make an album that could sell well, maybe along the lines of Celine Dion, the type of stuff that leaves me cold but she has a belter of a voice, but she don't move me in the way Jessie does and when I Saw Jessie I saw Nancy when I saw Jodie I saw Jodie, if it was x-factor I might have wanted Jodie to win

At the end of the day it doesn't matter what a few people on here are saying. Jodie woke up this morning the winner, and chosen by a majority of the GBP as thier Nancy.

I felt quite sorry for Jodie last night, as it was obvious that Cameron and ALW were rooting for Jessie. Both of them are good in very different ways. Jessie is great at the heartbreaking ballads, but is not so good on the more up tempo ones, though I thought her duet was the best. I think Jodie was the best all-rounder, popular with the public, and both Sam and Jessie are so young they have more opportunity to use this show as a stepping stone to their full potential.

How can you feel sorry for Jodie???
