How come the dresses were so good! (Apart from francesca's!) All throughout the series we have had some god awful outfits and we finally get all the good ones in one shot!

I read somewhere yesterday that Tara's belt was from the Enough is Enough outfits and I think a lot of the dresses were re-fashioned from previous dresses. I have it in mind to look back and see if I can work out where each girl's dress originated but can't do it at work as the videos don't play here.

I'm sure in that clip from The One Show it showed the girls looking at dresses on a rail... maybe they picked their own? Seems they know how to dress themselves better than the wardrobe department!
And yeah, it was me who pointed out the 'Enough is Enough' belt! I couldn't see any other re-usages!

I think some of the dresses may have been floor length dresses remade. Francesca's looked vaguely familiar.
The dresses were really lovely. I too think they brought in their own lol.

But generally they all looked lovely! Everyone's hair looked really nice too... I LOVED Cleo's.

They all looked lovely in Never Forget - loved Niamh, Rachel and Sam's dresses. Did anyone else think Rachel had had her hair cut? It looked gorgeous! The Oliver outfits were great too. And vocally, Rachel, Sam, Sarah and Niamh really stood out for me

I noticed Rachel's hair though it looked really good. Much better dresses, love Sarahs, Niamhs, and Rachels

Right folks, I did some research last night and think I have come up with the provenance on some of the group dresses in the final show.
Sarah's was definitely her dress from week 2. The bodice is identical though the sparkly layer on the skirt has been removed or replaced.
I think Rachel's was also her week 2 dress with a different skirt. The bodice appears the same and the colour is identical.
I think Niamh's was her "You can't take that away from me (week 6?) dress shortened. Again the colour and texture of the material is identical.
I couldn't place any of the others though Fran's looks very familiar, maybe I saw it in a shop or magazine. Cleo's dress appeared to have been made from the same fabric as her week 1 and 2 dresses, they mustn't have used it all up!

I bought the orange dress tara had on... cant remember what she was singing but it was short and had sequins on the top.

Sarah's dress in week 2 was lighter than the 'Never Forget' one. I think it's a totally different dress! Lol! It is lovely though! I dunno if any of the dresses have been recycled, but it would be amusing if the were.

I'll have to wait until I can check youtube at home again but they looked the same shade to me the other evening. We are talking about the same dress? Her song was Take Another Little Piece Of My Heart. I am totally convinced of this as I played both videos through and got close ups of the bodice side by side on my screen.
Sorry, in concentrating on the dresses I missed the pendants. I'll have another look later.
