Have a read of the threads and you will be able to answer your question easily.

She can sell. She sold dresses on the wedding task. She can manage and delegate. She did so on both tasks she was project leader. She gets condemned because she clashed with Lucinda, but she wasn't the first or last to do that. Both Jenny C and Lee had problems with Lucinda. Lucinda can be very difficult.

Helene's not perfect by a long shot, but she's a lot stronger than she gets credit for. I'm fairly confident she'll make the final, and she has a good chance of winning.

It was Alex who sold dresses on the wedding task and she sold diddly squat in the car task. She even admits she's not a salesperson. As for clashing with Lucinda, that could have easily been avoided by not sticking her on the computer.

There's a tendancy for finalists to be there more on what would be suggested by a five minute look at their CV than months of tasks. Helene though would be the most extreme example if she got through and/or won. Simon was pretty unoutstanding but was noticeable. Kristina did consistently OK. Katie did quite well. Ruth was exceptional in some ways. Michelle actually looked very good at times and unlike the other two winners you can see why she might win on performance and not being as forceful as Ruth. Helene - where was she?

From the preview of this week I think SAS said "the last 10 weeks speak for themselves" or something similar to that.

I think Lucinda, has a much better chance than her. Some of her ideas have pleased SAS especially the one in the ice cream task. She has been in the winning team 8 out of 10 times and she is the highest earner there. Helen shot herself in the foot on the final five last night because she said in my current job I have a nice big desk and someone brings me a cup of tea, this is exactly what Sir Alan was worried about. She's had an easy ride.”

I know I'm not her biggest fan but, for some reason that really didn't sit well with me! She's every right to feel proud of what she's done with her life but, just because you have someone to make your tea for you doesn't mean that you're a good boss! My boss is fantastic at her job and makes her own tea!

Personally I would love to see both Helene & Lucinda in the final. Both are very tough women who get their own way & what they lack in sales they really make up on managment & delegation.
Out of all the candidates left I beleave both Lucinda & Helene could handle the presure much more than the others although I beleave Helene is a bit more open with the other candidates this could cost her.
Lee & Claire are arugubly the best two in the series but how will they fair Lee especially as we have seen little of him in the BR & in last nights last 5 programme his girlfriend says sometimes he lacks confordence.
We know what Claire can do but on a one to one intergation I'm not too sure.

Don't rule out Alex as Sir Alan may look at his family bussness that folded early in his life & is determined not to repeat the fate of his parents might sway Sir Alan.

Anyway one thing is for sure it will be fasenating & tense viewing.

Based on what we've seen I think she is, but the interview stage is totally unpredictable. I mean if she's exagerated on her CV, she may get slaughtered.

Being gobby in the boardroom is one thing, but against people who have done their research and are of a high calibre, another.

In the boardroom you can attack the other contestants, here you stand and fall on your own merits.

From last night's programme, I'd say Lee is already gone, and Alex very vulnerable though.

Helene also sold dresses. Alex sold 3, Helene sold 2, for 5 in total. Sales are not her forte, but she gets on and does it anyway without moaning and draining the energy of those around her.

I agree with this. We've seen at least three examples of Helene being an absolute bitch, if not a bully towards Lucinda and I wouldn't employ anyone who acted like that.

I disagree. I think it is forgiveable. Helene was tired and frustrated and Lucinda was being infuriating. Remember always that we only got to see a small part of it.
