He wasn't even doing a degree.

I felt for him actually. He tried fibbing and he was caught out. When you don't have many qualifications, It's hard to put yourself forward for jobs that you know people with degree's will snap up easily. It's a hard old world if you didn't put yourself through Uni, I know.

You do realise, if we go by the Li Mackween theory of exaggerating numbers your penis is actually 2 inches long? Which is exactly one-tenth the length of mine

Wayyyy too sensitive. I think SAS likes him more than Helene and possibly more than Alex but he knows he will have his work cut out micro-managing Lee every time he comes up against a task where he feels his lack of educashon lets him down. It's funny because until tonight I never saw that side of him....shame. Still hope he wins though.

I'm thinking maybe Lee has a mild form of dyslexia? Probably as mild as it can get without needing special intervention.

Nice post shazzyfizz. I have to agree I don't have a problem with him being dyslexic, I'm just surprised that he didn't get someone to check over his CV. Very early on in the series people on here were laughing at him because he couldn't spell what should have been a simple word. I'm not too keen on him but, his inability to spell isn't a reason.

Lee is a typical bully who tries to bulldoze their way to the top. I've met a few like them -they get so far, become careless and too pleased with themselves, then crash and burn.

Not true - I know plenty of people who've never felt the need to pad their CVs and not all of them are university graduates (in fact, out of my 3 closest family members, I'm the only one with a degree) - they've not had issues with getting jobs.

It's less about what you claim and more about how you present yourself. If you can narrate your (truthful) education/employment history and personal statements well then you demonstrate skills straight off.

Exactly, he is the sort of person who has no skills and shouts a lot to get himself noticed. He realy is like a comedy character out of "The Office" if he thinks the best way you can motivate a team is by doing dinasour impressions and flapping your arms about. If I was working with him and he did that I would laugh in his face. He is a plonker of the highest order, who should be working in a shop, where is only use as a salesmen could be put to good use.
