To be fair the final task imo is just a bit of a "for TV" episode.. he has probably decided who he wants already.

Why has she got Lee presenting though? Better to put him in charge of stirring the vat or selling it.

I'm guessing they're maybe told that they both have to participate in the presentation and Lee is freaking out about his part. Obviously neither candidate would want to be left out of the presentation since it's really the final chance to shine, and let's face it... if only one person was allowed to do it and the people left have any say in the matter, clearly Claire would be presenting over Lee.

I agree- I've thought that the last task was pointless since Ruth and Michelle's series. I seem to remember Ruth completely destroying Michelle in the final task, yet Michelle still won.
