Gawd this is so hard. I really disliked so many of them this year and so few of them were as good as I hoped they were going to be.

15 - Lucinda Ledgerwood - My favourite Apprentice candidate ever. Thought she really brightened up the show, loved her outfits and thought that her style (business & personality wise) made a nice change to the show

14 - Raef Bjayou - I thought he was a proper gentleman, who was a good contestant for the final! I was really shocked when he was fired
13 - Simon Smith - He came across as a really nice man and he wasn't afraid of doing hard work. He always gave 110% and I really liked him
12 - Lee McQueen - I like him and I think he would make a good Apprentice, but he's not one of the best and I've gone off him a little bit in the past couple of weeks (since Alex moved to Alpha I think Lee changed and not in a good way tbh)
11 - Sara Dhada - I think she had some good ideas, but was often ignored. I don't think she was strong enough to win, but she was a good candidate and left with her dignity

---------------------BIG GAP---------------------

The rest I don't really care about tbh.
None of them have shone for me, although I have got to like Claire a little bit more in the past couple of weeks;
10 - Claire Young
9 - Helene Speight
8 - Lindi Mngaza

A couple of hints on how the voting is going:

There is currently an epic battle going on for 14th place between two candidates!

The candidate currently in 3rd place is placed rather higher than one might expect!

This is not Big Brother, and SAS is no Mary Poppins. Anyone in any doubt about the type of corporate culture in his organisation would have got a clue about it from the three male interviewers. So, based on how well they would fit that culture, this is the order:

15 - Lee
14 - Claire
13 - Alex
12 - Simon
11 - Michael
10 - Helene
9 - Raef
8 - Ian
7 - Sara
6 - Lucinda
5 - Ian
4 - Kevin
3 - Jennifer M
2 - Jenny C
1 - Shazia
0 - Nicholas

- which is not far off the order of being fired, so they got it about right!

Can't help noticing that Ian appears twice on your list, and Lindi not at all.

Some spectacular exceptions to the order of firing too, especially Simon.

Good. I'll stick with that then .

Raef seems to be doing well. You'd expect him to get some top placings, but he's in the top half of every single list so far, which is a bit more surprising.

As you have listed Ian twice and left Lindi off, I'm afraid you'll need to resubmit your list...
