Alex ~ sorry love but you're the toxic one!
Hollygolightly

Cannot believe that this snake-like little boy felt motivated to back-stab Lucinda in the boardroom when they were not on a team & therefore not invited to comment on each other!
Then to say Lucinda had had a toxic effect throughout the process

Alex is not pleasant he is a sulky defensive child

Alex is a very disruptive team member...almost every team he works in becomes chaotic, and usually he is at the heart of the problem...

So toxic that was she not on the winning side more than most?

How the sly superfluous pouting defensive pretty boy has got this far is beyond me.

Yes, he's always appeared to be an immature, sulky, sullen, brat who is not a team player.

Snake Snake Slimy Snake. Hate him. How dare he use something someone said in confidence to further his own ends. (Maybe its because he's only 24. 24. 24. How old? 24)

He has never hesitated to try and drop anyone in it to save his own slimey little neck.

I see why he's in a job with 100% commission - it's the only job he can get!

Totally agree with these two posts.

This editing of this series has raised a lot of questions over the choices of SAS. It's almost as if he's upset someone in the beeb. I don't expect the candidates to be angels but, what we've seen this year you would have to question why anyone would want to work for any of his companies if he really believes that these are the "real deal".

During the tasks it was Alex that disrupted the brilliant Lee/Lucinda working relationship and I thought what he did in the boardroom was outrageous. How dare he jump in on Sir Alan's chat with Lucinda!!! He is a slimeball. Urgh.

What got me is that he had absolutely no right to mention it. SAS was talking individually to the candidates and in slimes Alex when SAS was talking to Lucinda. I could not believe it.

My only hope is is that Alex wins this thing then for a few glorious months at least we won't have to suffer the weasle's mug any longer, and Sir alan gets what he deserves, before the pr*t leaves the Empire in disgrace to flaunt his 'pretty' boy self all over the place.

He's a boy trying to play a man's game.

He needs bringing down a peg or two.

Alan could have stopped him if he thought it was out of place, so clearly it wasn't and at the end of the day it was a relevant point which Alan needed to know about.

I agree. How dare he interrupt and sabotage Lucinda's chances!

Agree

Also agreed with Claire Balding comments on You're fired, where she said that Alex always puts others in the S*** and shies away from leadership/responsibility. So smug its unbelievable, he loves himself so much and isn't the best candidate

If there is any justice- Claire must win, Lee at the very least. But Helene and Alex have to be fired.

But it would seem that SAS did the same last year when Paul and Kristina dropped Katie in it. On reflection neither of them won so it could be a sign that although SAS likes to hear the gossip, he doesn't really doesn't like people initiating it.

Even though Alex, 24, does mention that he is 24 (clarifiaction:24) between his 24th and 25th birthday, at least he doesn't feel the need to clarify every time something good happens what he's torkin abaat ...

What chances?

He does come across as a school boy though, that will dob you in to the teachers. The other two were quick to back him up I noticed.
