The two finalists usually work for SAS for about six months before the final. Can you imagine the state of the other employees nerves if they have had to put up with those four backstabbers for any lenght of time?

Surely - as has been pointed out here - he'd have to be careful not to let them irritate his other employees. It wasn't so important with the candidates from Season 1 (who were more respectful, IMO), but the latest lot are like a bad batch from Big Brother
I thought they said that next week, the losing team (ie, 2 of the candidates) will be automatically fired, therefore leaving just 2 which would do the 6 month placement. So it will either be Claire and Lee, or Alex and Helene.
I was surprised he thinks all four are good candidates, I don't think any of them are any good.
I could not believe Helena called everyone 'gobshites' in a serious interview, I would have struck her off the list straight away for that comment. Lee can't present to save his life, Alex is a back stabber and Claire is just a loud mouthed club rep.

I agree with that, but to be fair Helene was right about being stuck with aload of gobshites. All the decent ones (Raef, Simon, Lucinda, Sara) have already gone

Lucinda was the only one of the five who didn't think she was a bloke (WTF does 'ballsy' mean, anyway?), and the only one who was honest.
In the end, it was her openness and honesty that counted against her. Being 'too zany' to work for Sralan, is a huge compliment in my opinion.

IMO they are all as bad as each other and it would be hard to pick one over the other three. Personally I woudn't have any of them.

Not necessarily. Is the final decision not made fairly close to the final program? In which case, all candidates would be around for filming.
