What's disappointing for me, is the universal mediocrity of them. None of them are especially inept, but neither do any of them inspire me either.

Helene comes across like a senior civil servant - a safe pair of hands but uninspiring.

Lee is an inarticulate spiv, who'd look very much at home on a car dealership forecourt.

Clare is a self-satisfied, smug wannabe, who has temporarily modified her behaviour for the purpose of 'playing the game.'

Alex is a poisonous toad, whose modus operandi has been to negatively snipe at others and undermine them at every opportunity, rather than concentrate on selling himself.

Sadly producers now have gone fully down the Big Brother route, and are concerned only with peoples' telly value.
