As someone who really likes Lucinda I honestly believe she wouldn't have fitted in with the organisation and as a result it was right to fire her last night.

Like many others on this forum I've watched all 4 series and what is disappointing about this one is that none of the remaining candidates have consistently shown that tiny piece of "brilliance" that makes you think" I can't stand them but boy (s)he can..........". I really believe the balance has shifted from showing us what they can do in a business environment to the nasty sides of their personalities. I've no doubt that away from the cameras all 4 of them are good at what they do. Unfortunately all the viewers have seen this lot do is be thoroughly nasty back-stabbing pieces of work, who you couldn't trust as far as you could throw them.
