I am positively overjoyed that Lucinda intends to post on here. Please post any questions or messages you have for the undiputed Queen of class, beauty and integrity!

I would just like to say that you emerged with your head held high, and rightly so. You ought to be proud of what you achieved. You were brilliant television and on behalf of everyone who has ever been bullied by other, thank-you for fighting back and standing your ground!

You're extremely attractive. Did you secretly laugh at how extremely unattractive some of the girls in the house were, especially Mrs.Michael Sophocles Super Idiots, Lindi Mckenzie (or whatever)

If you ever read this Lucinda, I would sincerely like to congratulate you on both your performance and the way you conducted yourself throughout this years Apprentice. You certainly showed that nice people CAN get on in business.

But on a personal note I would also like to say that the strength you showed when bullied so horribly (in my opinion) by so many others was such an inspiration to my daughter who has found herself in a similar situation at school. Thank you so very much.

Best wishes for the future - may it be as bright and sunny as you are!

If she does read on here, I'd like to x-ref her to my comments in the car-task and see what she thinks.

I am still convinced that she is the best manager of this series, even though that is not the same as the best salesperson.

Lucinda, you were one of only three people who managed to rise above all the bitchiness and the backstabbing this series. Well done.

At least you can hold your head up high and know that you played The Apprentice game with dignity unlike others I could mention *cough*Alex*cough*.

I agree - huge congratulations to LL for the way she handled herself and situations she found herself in with such grace and dignity. A truly classy lady!

I don't actually have a question at the moment though LOL!

Lucinda

How come you are so irredeemably inept at everything you do?

Why can't you have a conversation in which you focus on the issues and not how you are feeling?

Why are you so immature and self-indulgent that you felt entitled to sabotage several tasks and be a liability to the team?

How long does it take you to remember two names say, Zonda and Aston Martin? Two days? Three days? A week? Until the next aromatherapy session?

Lucinda, firstly, congrats for getting this far! You should have gone all the way.

Well done for rising above the backstabbing of most of the other female candidates and proving yourself to be a decent and respectable person.

Also, I love your quirky fashion style. Where do you get your inspiration from? And, be honest, did you have a secret crush on Lee?

This series of The Apprentice has ultimately shown us that bullies win in the corporate working environment.

Lucinda, you were too good for this contest. I hope you, Raef and Simon go on to do bigger and better things.

I don't think she'll post on here but if she was going to then that post should scare her off.

Who exactly has Claire bullied? She may have been a little unfair on Simon during the photography task but there was no evidence that it amounted to bullying.

Who has Helene bullied? She may have taken a harsh tone with Lucinda for 1 minute during the photography task. She expected more from her and didn't get it. That wasn;t bullying.

Who has Lee bullied? He did have words with the group when Kevin got fired, which appeared to be sirected at Sara, but he was not bullying her.

Who has Alex bullied? I have not seen anything from Alex that could be in any way construed as bullying.

There were no bullies and Lucinda, you lasted longer in the contest than perhaps you should have.

Claire made remarks about Lucinda to the others whilst she was sitting one of the interviews. It's gang mentality which I class as bullying.

I don't think Alex is a bully, but you've just described cases of bullying with the other two.

He indirectly bullied her by making constant distasteful remakrs about Lucinda, or underminging remarks... Like when she was discussing her weaknesses with the Project Manager, he'd make a comment like 'Can I actually go and sell now'...
If it wasn't for his luck, he wouldn't have sold a thing...
And Helene has undermined lucinda throughout the whole show

Anyway... these are messages/comments for Lucinda (if) she's posting her...
If she isposting her, I would like to thank her for making my wednesdays brilliant, and that she made 'The Apprentice' this year

Alex is a little snake, I can't stand how he behaves but he isn't a bully.

It's life. People make remarks about other people behind there backs. It's not nice but it isn't bullying.

I don't see any reason the above posts would scary anyone away from posting? Not everyone's going to like you or what you do in life. I'm positive that if Lucinda had payed as much attention as you think she will to those comments to everything else negative anyone has ever said to her, she'd never have got anything done

And, people who are 'inept' and 'immature' don't get 100k salaries.

And whilst I don't think there has been direct bullying, I think there has been a gang mentality, hideous management and serious underestimentation. If someone says 'I don't think I'll be any good at the technological stuff' on the photo task, don't put them on it and complain when it ****s up. And if someone says 'I don't know much about cars, can I not be on my own?", don't put them on their own. It's clear to me that any half deacent manager plays to their teams strengths - i.e. put Lee and Lucinda together on the Zonda, and Alex alone on the AM, or someone with a technical background in charge of technical aspects. It's not difficult.

I like Helene, but if by putting someone who's not good with computers in charge of the technical aspect wasn't sabotaging her task, I don't know what was. That way, when she lost it, she had someone to pin it on and say 'well if Lucinda had been better on the computer...' and pin it on someone else, even if they have already expressed their potential problems in the first meeting.

She was mocking her voice and swearing at her while she was doing it. Along with everything else they have done to her on the show - it's Bullying.

People can be nasty ba$tards, it doesn't mean it was an act of bullying.

A rididulous comment, IMO - How is being a 'nasty bastard' to someone, not bullying?!

Not everyone is nice to everyone else all the time.

Being rude to someone does not constitute bullying.

People saying things about other people behind their backs does not constitute bullying, even if it involves saying nasty things about them.

But we know this was a gang mentality that extended throughout the series against her and as we saw up until last night and in the board room - so yes, of course it was bullying.
