I didn't really like or care for SAS before series one and was pleasantly surprised at how personable he was. I loved the way he really didn't stand for any BS in the BR and gave clear reasons as to why he fired someone. Last night I totally supported his reasons for firing Lucinda; if he doesn't think she'll fit in then it's best to let her go.
The problem is, that he's now left with people who for the past three months the GBP have seen back stab, lie, cheat, and browbeat others into submission. These people have done very little to make us think I don't like him/her but wow they're good at........ Sadly, unless one of the candidates does a complete "u-turn" and shows the viewing public that spark of genius which makes us understand why SAS thinks they are worthy of the title then I think this series will only serve as an embarrassment to him.
The short answer is that I don't think he's a W but, I do believe the editors have stitched him up big time with this series.
