I don't mean to be personal, but she has a very baggy face. I wonder if she's lost a lot of weight?

She looks a bit strange to me, she has a fat face, but is actually quite slim. Aside from that she always looks like a miserable old cow!

I think she has looked better as the season has progressed.

Personally I find Claire more attractive. It must be her bubbly personality shining through, as opposed to Helene's complete lack of personality.
