Strangest things you've been asked at Interview...
What with Lee's impression and Lucinda being asked if she's unemployable I wondered what strange things you'd been asked at interview?
I once got asked if I was a Kitchen Utensil what would I be - I opted for a tea strainer because I said I could filter ideas and make sure only the good ones were picked up I also had an interview at Oxford University that was full of rubbish questions about rain and eggs and angels. Didn't want to go there after that one!! I also have a clean inoffensive joke lined up for if I ever get asked the 'tell me a joke' classic, so you can guarentee I'll never get asked! |

I got asked when applying to a bookshop, if I was a book what book would I be?
I said The Bible because then I would be the most popular book in the world and a source of inspiration to millions. A pretty good and very modest answer I thought

when did you last help somebody?
I didn't like it, as part of doing good is not to boast about it. |

Not a question but a remark, on looking at my cv and seeing where I was currently working, the interviewer remarked, "I don't like that company", then looked at me as if waiting for me to comment.
I thought i had better not say anything negative so i sort of smiled and said "oh right", and things went downhill after that. |
