i have had unpasteurised cheese and the taste is fantastic. the dreams are a bit wild too.

I don't have regular access to unpasturised milk, but have tasted it and it's lovely. With cheese, I generally seek out unpasturised if at all possible. It tastes far better IMO.

I have had it in the past, in Austria straight out of a cow in fact and it was lovely.
Well... it was in a glass when I drank it, I didn't litterally drink it 'straight' from the cow.

, no see my edit. It was Cow to bucket to glass to me in about 10 minutes tops.

Spent summers on a farm where the only milk we drank was straight from the byre and you dipped your glass in the bucket, many a chicken went from barnyard to plate in under 4 hrs as well. Yumm!
