I love Sylvia. She's stylish, classy, and appears to have a lot of depth to her. I hope she gives us something good this summer.

Thanks for starting this thread Aleksis, I was disappointed to see there was no Sylvia thread last night. On first impressions she is my favourite HM

I like her. I like her accent and the fact that she has been through so much in her young life must have contributed to her appreciating so much in life.

She is my favourite so far too, was baffled by some of the comments made about her after the launch, I think she'll turn out to be one of the more interesting and engaging housemates.

I agree entirely, Alexos. John McCririck seems to think she wants to be this year's Charley... most probably because she's black and happens to be very self-assured and confident.

If she was white, it'd be a different story... No racism in that; just honesty.

I really like her. I like how she chooses to enjoy life rather wallow in the misery that the past has thrown at her, she seems fairly grounded and very confident.

I'm glad we all actually have something to say other than "I like her".

Aww, Sylvia was barely shown in the highlights. I don't have Live Feed so if Sylvia's done anything exciting that didn't make it to the highlights, I haven't seen it

People seem to be reacting negatively to her, but tbh I think she has said what most people are thinking, concerning the whole token thing.

She said she'd be honest and she's being honest. Nothing wrong with speaking up if you have an opinion.

I know right! If everyone was humble and kept quiet what would we be watching?

I think she's going to shape up to be a good housemate... I just hope her honest doesn't result in an early eviction.

I get a bad feeling she will be one of the first HMs evicted. She doesn't seem to be as popular as some of the others.

That's the feeling I'm getting, unfortunately.

If the secret mission is passed this week, I think it's between Alexandra and Rebecca, so Sylvia could be safe from what I've seen so far. If they fail the secret mission, it's going to be either Stephanie or Lisa leaving next Friday.

But in the weeks to come, I can see her getting into a few spats here and there. She's shown a pretty bitchy side from what I've seen today and this could all result in nominations from housemates and a premature eviction.

Well watching her on the h/l show and the live feeds on E4, she seems to be getting along with almost everyone. She seems to be going round everyone and having a friendly chat,

I must admit, I like Sylvia. The girls got style. She seems intelligent and has good looks and composure. From the first night, which was very chaotic, with new HMs screeching, she seemed one of the ones who kept their cool.

There are too many HMs in there at the same time, and inevitably the louder ones grab highlights show time I hope Sylvia doesn't get shunted out before her time.

Glad Sylvia's still good. However, surprised at lack of appreciation from people. I was watching her and couldn't help noticing she has beautiful eyes and a lovely smooth complexion. Best looking girl on there. I say that and I am a female. I am afraid people might start thinking she is a black version of Imogen who again I liked.
