But after Kristina had said her bit, Anne turned to Katie and offered her right of reply. And Katie
did hold back. I don't understand why you think she wouldn't when she clearly did and we saw it.
I think she was just more subtle than Kristina. Complimenting Kristina's clothing was damning with faint praise.

I've given you one example. Kristina's behaviour in the series was often pretty shoddy - for example, selling lollipops by putting them into the hand of a toddler, turning to the parents and saying, "That'll be £2 please," knowing that to take it off the child now would mean tears. Kristina is evil. And now she's a bitter, twisted woman.
