I feel sorry for Mikey - gawd knows how long he's going to have to put up with Mario fussing round him now. And Mario (and Lisa) are going to go into smug overdrive now they've survived an eviction

Steph even said in her interview last night that Mikey can't gel with the group because Mario is always with him.

Mikey is probably too nice to tell Mario to leave him alone, though.

My view is that Mikey is playing the game. We've no idea how he perceives the other HM's but being in Mario's company for so long he has probably been lead to believe that Mario is a sure fire favourite HM, both in and out of the house. Therefore he probably feels that letting Mario fuss over him will enhance his own chances of surviving in the house for longer. It's a shame really because this will probably be his downfall.

Interesting thread on the main forum asking how Mikey could have coped doing the "wire" task that Dennis and Rachel did the other day. I'm sure BB would have changed the task, but how exactly are they going to give us entertaining tasks without leaving Mikey at a disadvantage?

lol, I think they did okay. It was a bit mean when he delibaretly hit the wire, but I can't say I didn't find it funny.

BTW, who do you think Mikey will nominate tomorrow? And do you think anyone will nominate him, if so, who?

Interesting question Latios, I'm not sure who Mikey will nominate but I do think he is more astute than people may give him credit for.
As for being nominated I think Most HM's have other eggs to fry. But I wouldn't put it past Dennis or Dale to nominate Mikey thinking it's a 'safe' option

That's a point - we've seen in the past HMs take the cowardly option of nominating one person (or two people) who they are sure won't be nommed by anyone else.

I have a feeling he'll nominate Darnell and Dennis.

I don't think anyone will nominate Michael this week, but i'm sure that if he carries on associating with Mario then he might become a target.

I'd like to see the meathead out next week, just to see how Mikey develops without constant patronising cossetting from Shaunio.

Have to say that the longer Mikey lets Mario act as his guide dog the less respect I have for him. I think he has played a bad hand here and it's going to be his downfall

I thought Mikey did great job in the diary room (HL's) - despite not being able to see he has sussed out who the groups are, and their motives and personalities. He is astute and intelligent.

Mikey really needs to break away from Shaunio's malign influence.

Have to say I thought Mikey was hilarious on last night's h/l show. He's a fun character once he gets out of Marion's grip. He cracked me up in the DR, dressed in the skirt and bikini top, doing the silly voice That's more the kind of thing I hope we see in the coming weeks from him.

Absolutely...do not underestimate the mighty Mikey!!! I also really loved it when he said that Alex was a `cow'...all the other HMs mouths dropped open in amazement - then they all laughed because that was exactly what they were all thinking!!!

We're thinking along the same lines I think Mikey is a great HM and will shine once Marion is evicted.
