If the finalists have been working for Sir Alan since the recording of the last task (late Autumn last year) within his business and Sir Alan only makes his final decision next week, just how much feedback does he take on-board from the actual people those finalists work with?

These people have not only worked alongside a finalist, but simultaneously seen their performance in the series.

I would love to know how those working with the finalists view them and also whether (and in what ways) the show has changed that opinion.
