Jodie says that too! Is it the new cool catchphrase?

Jessie comes across as SUCH a nice girl with a great personality. I may be in the minority here but I really liked her dress!

Sam said it too. Maybe it was a cool Nancy phrase

I liked her dress too wasn't overly take by the shoes though.

i know which way i would rather audition.”

There is also the possibility that you could humiliate yourself in front of millions of people. Girls like Tara will probably get work for a while off the back of it, but she hardly did herself proud. Francesca didn't give a particularly good account of herself either.

All of the girls, however good they are, could also find it hard to shift the "reality TV" label.

I know what you mean although it doesn't seem to have worked out that way for most of the Marias and Josephs. Plus I read somewhere 7 out of the 12 Nancys already have signed or are about to sign up for new work as a result of the programme.

I think Tara already has quite a serious singing career going (particularly in Wales) and I thought she had been offered the narrator's role in the touring production of Joseph. Fran was already becoming quite established too and lots of people have said on here they have seen her perform in MT shows live and she was much better than she came over on IDA. I know it doesn't matter, but I think both of them had throat problems during at least some of their time on the show.

that is a given. they still know what reality tv is and if they choose to do it, i really don't feel bad for any of them as the perks are fantastic. Jessie, explaining about the people who lined up to audition just to be a part of television is what it is about, just some are truly fab. Fran gave a fine account of herself, so not sure what you mean about that and Tara did get a role as the narrator for Joseph in the travelling show. I didn't get Tara getting in the final 12 at all though, even before that. they may find it hard to shift the stigma in other reality shows but this gives them such a stepping stone they wouldn't have otherwise. girls who have gotten work out of this and HDYSAPLM have admitted they think without this they may still be struggling to find work.

this gets them noticed. there are people more talented than they are in the dime a dozen way that never get beyond community theatre.

Wonder what she will do next. I think she's stunning.

CM might have preferred Jessie, but that was a risk he signd up to along with all the extra publicity for the show.

He's a pro and a highly successful one. To be a success, (and for the show to be a success), Jodie needs him behind her...so that's where he'll be.

I've said the same on other threads, but what good did ALW do Connie if what happened to her was true? It's not CM that could be a problem.
