Raef.... for the reasons set out in this post:
http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/forums/s...02&postcount=5 eta: I must give some honorable mentions to the following: Paul and Saira from series 1, who played a big part in making the first series a success Simon from series 4 for being possibly the most like-able candidate in the shows history Ruth from series 2 for being, well, Ruth |

Best Ever for me is Raef in terms of business, character and personality. For more reasons refer to Muttley's thread. The others are Simon
Roberts, Tim Campbell and few others. Babeth |

I'd have to say Sara from this series. I really fell for her, big time.
Honourable mention though fo the Legend That Is Badger. |

I'll pick best male and best female candidates as I couldn't choose between the 2 of them.
Male: Raef, proving that business and chivalry can still be bedfelllows. Female: Got to be The Badger, best salesperson (and boardroom fighter) on the Apprentice bar none. |

Miriam (series 1) - who was robbed by Sir Alan thinking he could see himself reincarnated in Paul Tosari (familiar story, eh?).

I've liked lots of them for different reasons; some made me laugh because they were naturally humourous, whereas some made me laugh because their claims were so preposterous! Some were genuinely nice, perhaps like Simon too nice to go all the way and I liked a few because I could see genuine business skills and they were sufficiently confident in their own ability not to indulge in the backstabbing of their fellow competitors.
Taking the latter as the most important factor for me - I would say Miriam. |

Lucinda and Raef.
Looking back, at the time, I didn’t like Badger or Siara because they seemed over-confident, but this series has put a whole new perspective on it – at least these two weren’t witches unlike so many of this year’s candidates. (By the way, now definitely like Badger and thought everything she said on You’re Fired was right) Tre and Syed for comedy value. |

Tre. His blagging of the art task was the best performance by a contestant ever.
