TalkTalk line problems

Has anyone else got problems with TalkTalk?, our line has really bad crackling to the point where you can't hear anything, and the Internet keeps dipping out. Can't get through to TalkTalk on the mobile, and the problem is happening for anyone else?

We are having horrendous problems with TalkTalk. Not the same as yours though.

Our Caller ID service has been lost. Called them last Monday, at their foreign call centre. They told me to wait 5-7 days..........nothing. Called them this Monday, and they have told me to wait another 5-7 days.

I have emailed them TWICE, no response. Does anyone know if I can cancel their service? I reckon they are in breach of contract....are they?

the chances are there is a problem with the line. do the standard checks in the master phone socket and if it's still noisy ring talk talk to arrange for a visit by us. if not noisy then problem could be with your ext'n wiring in which case you could be charged for an engineer visit.

Got a response Caller ID back on, and a fiver for our trouble. Its a pain in the butt though
