Female winner next year for sure then?

It's obvious that the decisions made on TA are a little political so do you think SAS will hire a female candidate next year to silence some of the allegations of him being sexist (the interviews last year with the whole women & children thing). Plus I don't think he'll hire three men in a row and just one woman out of 5.

Your thoughts?

I can't see Sir Alan being swayed by 'sexist' allegations.
Why should he be?
I have always thought he has been fair to everyone regardless of gender.

Was the women and children thing something he said about women having babies and going off on maternity leave or have I just completely made that up?

I think Karen Brady joining the interviewing panel was one step towards exactly that.

I can't see him employing another woman TBH - I think he's been somewhat embarrassed by Michelle and feels more comfortable with men.

Thought Claire was the better candidate on balance but not surprised he went for Lee because Lee is far more malleable than Claire would ever have been
