Despite Alex dumping Lucinda in the sh*t in last weeks semi-final in the boardroom, he totally messed up today!!

Lucinda - you should hold your head up high girl (and also slap Alex with one of your berets lol )

In the end though - he got the same. Only with a sullied reputation as a snitch - not very nice.

Besides - rose coloured glasses gives everything such a lovely glow, don't you think?

I'm sure if you went around asking people who they preferred out of Lucinda and Alex, Lucinda would win out...

Yes, but his aim was to dump Lucinda in the crap (which he did) and win it. However, not only did he not win it he made a total dogs dinner of the task, especailly that speech. Whereas Lucinda was fired because she was too ''zany'' (which Lucinda said see thinks is a compliment) whereas Alex was fired for being plain rubbish (and for harping on about the fact he's 24 )

Apart from the fact that you probably mean hear, hear - Lucinda didn't really have the last laugh.

Alex made the final 4 - Lucinda didn't - and that comes from someone who put Lucinda ahead of Alex in 'favourites!'

Lucinda strikes me as a person who treats as she finds. Treat her right, and I am sure she would do more than right by you.

If she's been abused - she's not likely just to let it pass. That may be vindictive, but in my books, it's fair enough. It's probably still a wee bit too fresh in her memory to let it drop totally.

Been there, done that, got the T-shirt (and not quite the naive and trusting soul I once was either).

Alex inthe end came across far far better than the incredibly vindictive Lucinda

As I said in a previous thread-the mask slipped tonight and we saw exactly why the other Apprentices had such a hard time with her

I think the only way that Lucinda had the last laugh was that we saw from the clip that Sir Alan disliked Alex's interfering in the boardroom last week and his estimation of Alex went down slightly because of the way he brought that up to hurt Lucinda's chances.

I was fooled - but I don't always get it right.

Last week Lucinda didn't say much against anyone. Today she said her piece when Helene was there and could reply to her. I find that far more acceptable behaviour than slagging them off when they can't respond.

Well, she wasn't ready to forgive and forget, that was clear. But then, really, why should she be? Why should she feel obliged to "make nice" with people who she feels treated her badly?

No-what on earth was the point of saying that tonight. It just made her look very vindictive and sad.Don't forget we see a tiny amount of the actual footage. And so we have a very subjective view.Yet all the former apprentices tonight were behind Helene and Alex-and not Lucinda

She is toxic

I think I agree, Dave the Scot.

I also think she could've been less abrasive though. And she should've given up after the first time Raef refused to take sides.

I still refuse to believe the nice side of her is all a front though. Everyone acts differently in different situations and i've seen in The Apprentice and from various interviews that Lucinda can be a very likeable and funny person.

So what !, there was only ever going to one winner, everybody else didn't, don't matter what week they got fired.

Raef and Lucinda are still my favourites, they outclassed everyone else IMO

Nope - I'm keeping him otherwise occupied - and when I've finished there is a queue ready and willing to mop up the tears.

To be honest I didn't like what SAS said today about Alex. Alex should have not made it to the final if SAS didn't like his tactics in the boardroom.

It is either something you can ignore about Alex or you can't. SAS let him into the finals, then he criticised him for what he did in the interviews!!!

Yes, 'Treat her right' = 'as long as you do what she says then you're fine'.

Voice any disagreement or dissent, and you're a bully.

This is what I'm getting from several people on here. Pander to her wants and needs and that's fair. Disagree or argue with her and you're a bully.

She can have as many strops as she wants, be as destructive as she wants, disagree all she wants, and you have to go along with it and accept it...but if you do the same then you're in the wrong and are perceived to have abused her or treated her terribly.

I believe that in a few weeks time, or months even, people will see the hypocrisy for what it actually was in hindsight.
