You hear Victoria Wood's description of it. I was in fits. She managed to make it even funnier than it was originally.

She was great tonight. She should come back to TV!

Lucinda didn't seem amused by her description though

She should've been made Queen years ago.

Queen Victoria, has a nice ring to it.

Yes, she was very good. Lucinda and Alex didn't look impressed at all! Oh dear.

But she neglected the funniest bit when the 'mum' waved them off at the doorstep in her slinky dressing gown. She was obviously waiting for Sralan!!!

Yeh Victoria's description was hilarious - especially about the conservatory salesman!

She did mention the bemused look on the woman's face that the bloke had just trapsed out of the house with the sick child.

At that point Lucinda, Alex and Helene were all sat in row. I bet you could cut the atmosphere with a knife.

Indeed, I have always thought that Victoria Wood was a witless and unfunny but her description of that advert was hilarious and the funniest thing she has ever done to my knowledge.

I was a bit disappointed with Victoria's input until that point. When they showed it again I was in stitches.

She wasn't there to do a stand up routine (sitting down). Her crit of the advert was hilarious - as was her comment on Alex and Lee's "good looks", that they are knitting pattern cover-types and should be pointing at each other's cardies - Alex was not amused at that but I certainly was.

Also the Dual bottle resembling a type of bin you would find in a ladies lavatory...

I only caught the 'You're Hired' bit of the show so I saw her description of the Atishu advert but missed what she said about Lucinda and Alex. Can anyone fill me in on that as I am a big Victoria Wood fan and would have turned over earlier if I had realised she was on.

She was talking about the advert rather than the team, so she didn't say anything about Lucinda or Alex that I can remember. But she had been on the panel with Helene and Alex on 'You're Fired!' and had a few things to say then...

She was spot on. But I suppose if you worked at putting something like that together, despite having no experience in that area, and someone (correctly and funnily) trashed it, I guess it would sting a bit.

To be fair though, Lucinda thought the advert and box was atrocious as well.

Alex probably did as well in the end. He was just happy to win the task.

I was laughing at the looks on their faces almost as much as I was at VW's description
