Does anyone else REALLY not care about what happened?

I dunno about you , but even though I wasn't really keen on Lee and much preferred Claire in the final two I really didn't care about who got hired out of the two finalists. I know quite a lot of people support either or both of them but after the result was announced I was extremely ambivalent about the whole situation which I've never been in the final of the Apprentice , I've either been happy for the winner or unhappy with SAS's decision but right now I find it hard to be bothered.

I mean I'm happy for Lee that he got the job but I don't really care either way about him winning , it was just so anti-climatical. In fact the whole series for me has been the worst to date. Usually I think the ending of the Apprentice is a climax for the show even if my favourite doesn't win yet I think whoever had won out of the final 4 yesterday , the ending would have stil been anti-climatical.

Does anyone else feel the same?

Or not?

Agreed! I wanted Claire to win but I wasn't gutted for her. Lee also deserved to win. I agree with you...the worst series so far.

Of the 4, I really couldn't give a monkeys.

I slept through most of it in fact and only woke up to catch the last 20 minutes.

I have watched all four series and until this series have always had a favourite and whether they have won or not, finale night was always exciting, but this year I only really watched it out of habit, I really didn't care who won, it was kinda sad when he announced Lee had won and no-one I was watching with had any reaction at all.

lol i'm the complete opposite. I've never watched the apprentice before this series, but the final gave me palpitations

Of the final four, I'd have been happy to see anyone but Helene win. I think it's a pity Claire didn't , though, and I still worry about an anti-female bias, after the fiasco in series 2 with Michelle Dewberry. I think there's an unconscious desire not to make the same mistake again.

I wasn't really looking forward to the final after last week's firings but I've got to admit that it had me gripped all the way through and I really enjoyed it.

Me too sort of as prior to the boardroom I was excited and my heart was literally pounding but when it came to the firings and hirings I was subdued. Then I watched a really creepy horror film and my chest is still kind of sore from last night!

None of the contestants seemed to be up to much this year.

I cared before the winner was announced. I didn't care after it...

I wanted Claire to win.

OP you're right in saying the series has been the worst so far but i wouldn't say the announcement was anti-climatical, I whooped and cheered for Lee as I was expecting Claire to get the job. I didn't mind either way, I would have been delighted for them both.

I have to be honest I didn't really care who won. I just knew that I didn't want Alex or Helene to win. This series is far removed for the first one that I think when it comes on again next year I'll have to remember that it's an entertainment programme or as someone quite aptly said on this forum "Big Brother in Suits". If I remember this then I'm pretty sure I'll enjoy it as much as other people have.

I have to say I was kind of hoping to see Claire win it. But I'd have to say the last few episodes did seem a little bit of an anticlimax for me once Sara had gone (I know, I know, but I really did like her a lot )

I'd have liked to see an Alex win - but I must confess that was partly in the hope of seeing the forum explode!

Once he'd gone I wasn't bothered.

I tend to agree with you, I enjoyed the fact that Alex was fired more than the fact that Lee actually won.

I guess I preferred Claire to win, but out of Claire and Lee I wasn't that fussed really.

By the time of the final, I was not bothered who would win, they were all dislikeable in one way or another.

After watching it I felt Claire was the most deserving of the job.

I found that I didn't really care who won between Claire and Lee. I marginally preferred Claire, but thought it was the right decision because while I am sure that Claire is going to do really well out of this as the runner up, I think Lee would do less well as runner up therefore needed the job more.

Meh. I couldn't have given a monkey's about whoever won out of the final four ... I liked Lucinda, but my fave was Raef, and from the moment he'd gone I really wasn't bothered all that much about who won. Felt even more bleh when Lucinda was the only one to be booted the week before the final.

So Lee won? Good luck to him, but yawn.
