BBUK is great this year. Nothing the US Big Brother has dished out in the past 5 years has matched it.
Sorry i cant agree ,
The egotistical narcissism of Mario and his stepford wife alongside thier spoilt pet Mikey has me scunnered.

Thats before i even start on Alex .

I watched last night for the last time despite having paid for live stream.

I remember reading somewhere...I think it was one of Brekkies ideas...
the million dollar veto
everytime its used, 10k goes from teh prize fund
Yes... a good idea in theory. It'd need a little bit of reworking though.

I'd actually like to see them work in the penalty system a bit more. Perhaps for every certain amount of time they spend discussing gameplay a certain amount of money is deducted from the prize fund.

Mario and Mikey are nowhere near as irritating as the horrors that were the 'Cappy Crew' from BB6 or the god squads from 'pick any season'.

People that cite odious housemates as a reason BBUSA is better forget that their odious characters stay for much longer and even win.

For me the only people on god's green earth who could make the "Cappy Crew" appear to have a modicum of modesty IS Mario and his minions .

To be honest it's more the treatment of Steph,
and the fact that the GBP swallowed some of the propaganda that Mario and his b!tch was spewing that galls me.

I just know that he'll survive against Alex next week ,
and suspect after that the others will be afraid to nominate him ,
subsequently we'll see them there to the end.

Perhaps im still bitter that this couple have been allowed to take over the show , they get more of the streaming time than the rest put together ,
and for what ?
to watch her massage his ego and educate the public about what a wonderful couple they are ?
a summer of this ?
No thanks .

There's also the bonus of ad free live streaming with BBUSA

Don't forget the lively and spectacular viewing that is Jen and Dale.:sleep:

Back to BBUSA, I'm hoping for something a little less corny regarding the house design. Not holding my breath, mind, but it would be nice.

Nothing can beat the tackiness of the BB6 'gold room'

The Alice in Wonderland theme was kinda cool for a little while.

They would walk out broke, funny but broke. They should do it

I think Big Brother 9 UK is great so far, for once I didn't mind there being a couples twist because they made it fun to watch and life or death like. Can't wait for the day Mario is evicted.

In BBUSA I have to say that the BB6 design was cool but simple (except the gold room it was tacky)

I like the new eviction crowds, shows that they are taking BB10 seriously if they are changing the format of the live eviction shows by adding back the crowd.

I just worry about poor Julie Chen's ability to not malfunction in front of live crowds. Poor thing has enough problems when it's just a disembodied voice in her ear, but can you imagine the distractions of a live audience?

I can just imagine how they're going to botch the live audience haha... Also there's no point having them there if it's just the standard walk over to the studio, sit down and chat to them for 2 minutes and then onto the HoH competition.
