Yes I think.

I read that Dark Electronica also know as Blues Techno is a joint between Techno music and blues with a tex mex sound.And can be heard on alot on Underworld early albums and Moby's play album such song like Honey and South side and Fat Boy Slims Funks on brother can also have part of Dark Electronica on it.

If you mean dark, somewhat intense, electronic music then:
The Knife
Battles
Pendulum
In some cases, LCD Soundsystem

If it's a more "industrial" electronic dance sound:
Mindless Self Indulgence
Nine Inch Nails (anything after 2004ish)
Ayria (just found her/them a few days ago. fantastic beats)
Razed in Black. "Hawaiian industrial electro"
