I haven't seen whether there has already been a post about this, so I thought I might start one as I'm dying to know!

There seemed to be a lot of focus on the letter that masood was trying to deliver Keith in that ep with it being left on the coffee table. Eventually when he opened it he acted very uncharacteristically and turned off the tv and left sharpish.

Since then tmk there hasn't been any further mention or scenes stemming from that - except maybe on the ep when Jase and Dawn were in the the Vic having their engagement party he came in the door looking over at Dawn a bit concerned.

Anyone got any theory or ideas??

Dear Keith

I am sorry to inform you that we can't think of any other use for you other than spouting out useless trivia whilst stuck in a chair and that your time in Walford has come to an end.

Regards from your good freind Diedrick.

a couple of ideas that I came up with were:

maybe it was from Rob letting him know that Mad May was out and about - but then why wouldn't he let Dawn know?

or

maybe something's happened to Dawns real Dad (Mike Swann) and he doesn't know how to tell her and Mickey

or maybe he's been offered a job! lol

I think it had something to do with Rosie, perhaps she's willing to forgive him, coincidently at the same time Mad May is about to strike lol.

Was it a registered letter though? You know how it had to be given to him personally and all that. I think it was someone returning the lottery ticket

Get to see this episode about the 18th I guess. But maybe it said something about Mad May , as he looked concerned at Dawn?
It's not a spoiler, just a guess..

I can't recall him actually learning to read. However, he no longer has a probelm with Benefits applications

He's still living at the Masoods as we find out in future episodes. He's allowed to visit his family. Dawn banned him from living there but didn't say he couldn't come and visit. She wouldn't have asked him to babysit Summer the other night if the ban extended to seeing his own family.

I think Dawn would be the one to get a letter if it was something about May.

I am surprised that the authorities haven't let the Millers know that May has been released back into society actually.

It seems he can read properly now and all that illiteracy business seems to have been brushed under the carpet.

Darren was teaching him to read. This was about 2 years ago so it's plausible that he can read by now.

But even when he couldn't read it was inconsistent. When the Millers first arrived I can recall Keith reading a newspaper unless he was just looking at the pictures.

Well Keith and Mickey are already leaving. I like Dawn, despite her faults I find her a very affable character in the Tiffany mould. She's not perfect but she's got the makings of a great character IMO. I like the Dawn, Jase, Jay and Summer family unit. I think Dawn is popular but not on Digital Spy, she seems to get a lot of stick on here. Thankfully TPTB don't draw inspiration from forums.

Not a fan of Keith and Mickey so not sorry they're going but don't think they're anywhere near as bad as the Ferreiras who are surely the worst characters ever to grace the Square. I actually don't mind Keith and find him amusing sometimes. If the writers had made more of an effort with him then he could have been a great well observed character. Axing Rosie and Demi (my fave Millers) was a mistake and ultimately it led to Keith's downfall as a character.

Hadn't thought about that, lol.
Yeah, I'm suprised about that too, maybe she escaped or something .
