Advice please

I have a dvd recorder linked to a sky freeview box. The tv has 2 scart sockets.

I have been given another dvd recorder and would like to hook this up to the same TV so that I can record two things at the same time, and watch something I have recorded on one machine whilst recording something different on the other one.

Is this possible and if it is what would I need to be able to do it??

Thanks ever so

Hi Blueabu, yes it is possible, you will need a scart switcher, preferably manual, such as this one at argos http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Produc...2Badaptors.htm.
plug in both dvd recorders to the switcher and the sky to the other scart. then all you do is switch to the one which you want to view.
