funny how in '65 when Boeing Boeing opened, it lasted for 23 shows in NYC but 7 years in London. Thank goodness it has made a comeback and is staying again.

The clear drama standout is August:Osage County, it is winning everything

as far as MT, i have seen Gypsey (Patti Lupone winning as well, yay!) and The Heights win so far and the performances of all the plays are excellent.

Whoopie Goldberg flying around like Mary Poppins? oy.

I like watching the new and revival musical numbers.

Megan Mallaly from Will and Grace is a fabulous MT actor.

best moment this year- original cast of RENT singing - Idena and Tay included. fantastic!

And Hairspray won lots of awards this year!!!

for the US it was a mix. acting for musical was more Gypsy and In the Heights.
