I would have thought that Jodie would need 'work' also - she's certainly not a 'seasoned pro' like Lee, or highly trained like Connie. I suspect there is still plenty of work for her to do to enable her to be ready to step into rehearsals - and I would hope that she takes the opportunity to learn.
