I just replaced my Sony SVR500 (yes I know it was a stupid decision to buy it in the first place
)with a Topfield TF5800, initial impressions are its leaps ahead of the sony in every way.
I'm having a bit of trouble setting it up though, I am trying to rearrange the channel order to suit me but it doesn't seem to do it. I have set up my favorites in a new list and reordered them and I have selected 'sort by favorite > non favorites but it doesn't seem to rearrange the order to that in my list.
When I do this it shows channels in my favorites list first but it shows them in the order of channel number. Is there any way I can get it to display in the order I have set in the favorites list? I haven't messed about with any TAPs yet as I wanted to see what it could do out of the box.
