The best phone with a 5mp camera and GPS at the moment is the nokia N95 8GB.

There's more info on it here: http://www.n95-8gb.com/

www.mobile-phones-uk.org.uk is generally regarded as the best.

I think it's all about personal opinion isn't it. To me, the N95-1 running the latest firmware is better than the N95-2.

I would recommend gsmarena, the level of information is very detailed and they often have details on upcoming phones long before other sites.

Isn't mobile-phone.org.uk just a commission site that links to sellers. It seems to have quite a limited range of phones compared to other sites. I'm not "in the know" but it doesn't seem particularly useful to me.

It has commission links (most sites do, it's how they make money) but you get honest reviews and details on phone features. I said about 'those in the know' because a many shops and online experts refer to it a lot. The site's name crops up a lot.

As for the site having a 'limited' selection, you're not lloking hard enough. The range of phones on the left are just recent ones. If you like on the manufacturer's title (ie Sony Ericsson phone) you'll see a list (and review) of every phone they've released in the UK in the last 6 or 7 years.
